DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Boil 2 cups of water. Place 1 tea bag in a heat safe cup, add hot water. Cover and let steep for 4-5 mintues for full flavor and benefits.
Each individual tea bag makes 1-8oz cup.
Can be served warm at night or cold during the day.
