ALL HAIR CARE PRODUCTS TAKE 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS, THE 1ST DAY STARTS THE DAY AFTER YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED. ALL TRACKING NUMBERS ARE SENT VIA EMAIL AFTER PROCESSING.
All packages are shipped using USPS.
~BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS.
~WE DO NOT SHIP ON THE WEEKEND ( SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS ).

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:
If a package is returned to THE STRAND COLLECTION ORGANICS LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not at home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as redelivering cost. THE STRAND COLLECTION ORGANICS LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address is incorrect.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
THE STRAND COLLECTION ORGANICS LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed to be delivered to the address provided by the customer. Upon inquiry THE STRAND COLLECTION ORGANICS LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
WE USE STANDARD SHIPPING WHICH RANGES FROM 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges. No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed. If your order has not shipped we can make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect. We DO NOT offer refunds after the order has been placed due to the nature of the product.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MISSING PRODUCTS:
If your products are damaged, defective, or missing: Email us email@example.com. Please submit a photo image of your package, as well as the contents that are damaged/defective. If you are missing a product please submit an image of the items you received.
